Spreading some Valentine’s Day love on Friday, February 13th, was an absolute blast with the Wahconah Regional High School Choir. We spent the day roaming the hallways, delivering Valentine’s serenades to everyone from Wahconah’s hardworking custodians to Principal Shorter. Whether it was a surprised student or a flustered teacher, everyone’s reactions were priceless and filled Wahconah with absolute joy and energy. Watching students’ and staffs’ faces turn red as friends playfully pranked each other with a serenade was, and always is, a highlight for me, as someone who is a part of the Wahconah mixed choir. It has been a joy for the past four years to be able to be part of such a fun tradition that has brought so many people smiles (and giggles) in the midst of winter!
