The Wahconah Unified Track team saw a successful season this year, participating in multiple meets at home and away, taking home the division one Western Massachusetts championship title and finishing in third place at the Massachusetts state meet.
In addition to the third place finish, three members of the team won first place in their respective events at states: Scarlett Pierce, Trace Lyman, and James Mercier. These performances were then followed by a fourth place finish by the 4×100 meter relay team, and a second place finish from the 4×400 meter relay team.
The team celebrates three seniors this year: Katelyn Tynan, Ryyan Levernoch, and Sam Iovieno.
