There are many controversial opinions on AI these days as it has taken over more than just social media. Not only does the use of AI give students a bad image, it has also become too realistic and can be easily abused.

People abuse the use of AI because they create bad or inappropriate content. For example, the Bill Clinton and Donald Trump AI videos circling around the internet. 

AI is also not a good influence because it encourages and creates unnecessary content that brainwashes the younger generations. Another negative effect of AI is that it can trick the older generations into thinking the content is real in order to confuse them. 

Along with this, AI is used for socializing. Some people use AI for tips on certain things but others use it for entertainment. Some young adults and even older adults use AI for dating. 

1 and 4 young adults these days believe AI romance can take over real life romance. 1% of adults under the age of 40 have already claimed to be friends with AI.

Ten percent of adults are open to AI friendships, and 7% of adults are open to romantic relationships with AI. 55% of adults under the age of 40 find AI very dangerous and threatening to upcoming generations.

AI has taken over more than just social media, it has taken over Gen Z’s train of thought. AI has also become more than just a helpful intelligence piece, it has even become some people’s lover or friend. I agree with the 55% of young adults that believe that AI has become more and more threatening to the newer generations.
