The movie was good, although, if you’re not into musicals then this film isn’t for you. Ariana Grande and Cythia Erivo bring a much needed new light to the saga, with amazing performances from each of them. This film’s visual effects are whimsical and breathtaking, specifically in the Emerald city scenes where it looks richly detailed. Overall, Wicked is a triumphant cinematic adaptation of the Broadway musical.
