Volleyball

The Lady Warriors have been killing it in their 2023 Volleyball season. With a current record of 16-2, they have an eighty-nine percent win average. Along with being second in their division. They’ve only lost to Mount Greylock in their season. After losing the opener to Mount. Greylock, the Warriors had a sixteen-game-long winning streak afterward. The Wahconah Volleyball team is ranked 4th in the MA Division 4 standings. 

Our Lady Warriors have also been killing it on the ranking stats, especially our seniors, Eva Jacinto, Olivia Mason, and Sahsa Fyfe. Eva Jacinto had an average of 1.9 kills per set and 111 total kills. Olivia Mason had a .213 hitting percentage and averaged 1.1 aces per set. Sasha Fyfe had 3 digs per set, 59 serving aces, a total of 174 digs, and 301 receptions per game. Additionally, Junior Amelia Sturz had 19 blocks, and Junior Eve Colombari had 180 assists. 

Overall, our volleyball girls have had an amazing season. During their 2023 season, they totaled 474 kills and had a team average of 8.2 kills per set followed by a 30.2 kill percentage. Also, our amazingly combative team had a total of 1569 attacks of the other team with only 253 errors, averaging a .141 hitting percentage.
