Knock at the Cabin is the perfect movie if you are looking for a mixture of a thriller and a horror movie. This film is about a family who is vacationing at a remote cabin and is suddenly held hostage by four strangers who demand something unimaginable: Two of them must then sacrifice a chosen third, or the apocalypse will descend upon humanity.

This is a solid movie with great acting but something was missing. Throughout the movie, we felt as though there was something missing and we often had more questions than there were answers. There is definitely a possibility for a better ending to the movie and there were many greater possibilities they could have gone with if it was thought through more. Overall this movie was not bad and is still worth watching due to the thrilling suspense.
